Whether you are recovering from surgery, living with a chronic condition, or simply looking to optimise your daily health, this work provides clarity, accountability, and tangible steps that support lasting transformation.
Our work begins with the Wheel of Wellness, a structured framework that explores every key area of your life.
This includes your physical health and energy levels, nutrition and digestion, movement and exercise, sleep and rest, stress and emotional wellbeing, as well as your relationships, daily routines, and lifestyle patterns.
From this foundation, we identify where your health and wellbeing can be better supported, highlighting both gaps and opportunities for change.
We then set realistic and achievable goals that align with your current capacity, priorities, and life circumstances, ensuring the process feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
From there, we create a personalised roadmap, giving you a clear, step-by-step plan that you can follow with confidence.
Coaching sessions are offered as 60-minute one-to-one appointments, priced at £70 per session.
For deeper support, continuity, and meaningful integration, a package of four to six sessions is recommended.
Sessions are available in person in Hertfordshire or online across the UK, providing flexibility and accessibility regardless of your location.
Each session is fully tailored to your individual needs, whether you are recovering from surgery or medical procedures, managing a long-term condition such as cancer or chronic illness, working to release limiting beliefs around health, or seeking greater clarity and confidence in your lifestyle choices.
Through this process, you gain a comprehensive understanding of your current health and where support is needed, alongside a personalised roadmap designed for sustainable wellbeing.
You will develop practical tools and strategies that can be integrated into daily life, allowing change to feel achievable and consistent.
As you progress, you may begin to release limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, while experiencing increased energy, improved clarity, and greater emotional resilience.
This work also supports the development of confidence, presence, and a stronger connection to your own sense of vitality and direction.
